Geoffrey Glazer

Geoffrey Glazer is a consultant general surgeon from St Mary's Hospital London. He trained at the Sorbonne in Paris for a period before qualifying from St Mary's and later spent time in Harvard in Boston researching in to aspects of pancreatic disease. He wrote a major text book on this subject and published widely on aspects of acute pancreatitis.

He was President of the Pancreatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland, an examiner for the FRCS degree at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a member of the Council of the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland and has lectured and taught widely on many aspects of surgery, quality of care and audit.

Michael Harding

Dr Michael Harding has been a Primary Care Physician in Central London for many years. He has a particular interest in research and advises grant-giving bodies in the field of medical research.

Michael has practised as a physician with a wide range of interests. His original training was in paediatrics at the Department of Paediatrics at Cape Town University. He returned to England to work at the Central Middlesex Hospital before embarking on private medical practice.

He retains a major interest in the doctor/patient relationship. He sits on a local research ethics committee and is an organiser for continual medical education for his own group of general practitioners.

Jasy Loyal

Jasy Loyal is Executive Director, VP of Legal & HR Services at HCA. She is a qualified barrister and a magistrate. She gives free legal advice at a Legal Advice Centre once a week.

Jasy has worked in healthcare since 1988 and worked for BMI Healthcare before joining HCA.

Michael Neeb

Michael Neeb is the President and CEO of HCA International, a leading owner and operator of hospitals with 181 hospitals and 78 ambulatory surgery centres. He has responsibility for the six HCA hospitals in London, as well as the Hopital de la Tour and Clinique de Carouge in Geneva, Switzerland.

Michael joined HCA in 1991 and has served as chief financial officer at several different hospitals. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer of Columbia/HCA's North Florida division which includes 14 hospitals and five freestanding ambulatory surgery centres.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration on healthcare, from the University of Dallas.

Sue Smith

Sue Smith was Chief Executive Officer of The Princess Grace Hospital betwee 1997 and 2011 and held the same position at The Portland Hospital prior to this. She trained as a nurse at University College London and has been in hospital management for 20 years. Sue has twice chaired the HCA charity ball committee raising funds for the HCA International Foundation and was HCA's team leader for the Chase Corporate Challenge for a number of years.
